- Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. (handles payment card data under its own privacy terms).
- Data storage and infrastructure: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (website hosting), under their own privacy terms.

- With your consent.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after you close or cancel your account, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us. We retain payment and transaction records for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6A. Text Messages and Communications

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with our messaging provider as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.
We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required to run the Service and keep you signed in (for example, your authentication session). These are always active.
- Optional (analytics) — used only with your consent to understand how the Service is used and improve it.
You can accept or decline optional cookies through our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
